Water2Moon requires a credit card number (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover) to be on file for all new customers at the time of booking. In the event of a no-show, we will charge a 100% fee of your service to account for the lost appointment time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a fee of 50% of the service charge. Any Groupon vouchers will be marked as redeemed and forfeited in the case of a no-show.
Water2Moon works on a by-appointment only basis; we schedule our technicians for all booked appointment slots, therefore, missed appointments are lost scheduling time for other clients who may be trying to book an appointment.
Appointments are booked closely together, allowing Water2Moon to accommodate as many clients as needed on a daily basis. For our more popular time slots, clients that are 15 minutes or more late for their appointments may be turned away and charged 50% of that service.
Please remember to try and book in advance by clicking the buttons on the front page of our website to guarantee your desired appointment time. All appointments booked online require a credit card at the time of booking, which will only be charged in the event of a no-show.
Gratuities for our technicians, although not included in the pricing of any of our services, are optional yet greatly appreciated.
WATER2MOON DOES NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS. If you are unhappy with your service/spray tan results, please contact us within 2 days of your original spray and we will gladly try and correct it or provide you with a store credit [valued at the tan you received] for a future service.
