Water2Moon requires a valid credit card number (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover) to be on file for all new customers at the time of booking. In the event of a no-show, we will charge a 50% fee of your service to account for the lost appointment time. Should the card on file decline, we will require a deposit of 50% for any future bookings. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a fee of 50% of the service charge. Any remaining membership/package tans will be marked as used and forfeited in the case of a no-show or last-minute cancellation.

Water2Moon works on a by-appointment only basis; we schedule our technicians for all booked appointment slots, therefore, missed appointments are lost scheduling time for other clients who may be trying to book an appointment.

Appointments are booked closely together, allowing Water2Moon to accommodate as many clients as needed on a daily basis. Clients that are more than 10 minutes late for their appointments will be turned away and charged 50% of that service as per our policy, no exceptions. Our technicians book spray tan appointments every fifteen minutes, so it’s imperative to show up to your appointments on time to guarantee prompt service.

Our preferred payment is Venmo, but we also do accept cash + any form of debit/credit cards.

Gratuities for our technicians, although not included in the pricing of any of our services, are optional yet greatly appreciated.

WATER2MOON DOES NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS. If you are unhappy with your service/spray tan results, please contact us within 2 days of your original spray and we will gladly try and correct it or provide you with a store credit [valued at the tan you received] for a future service.

As per our insurance provider we can not allow young children into our studios, please refrain from bringing your children with you to your appointments. Doing so will result in a cancelation of your appointment and you will still incur the charge.
